FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the difference between running watts and starting (surge) watts?
Running watts are the amount of power a generator produces continuously. On the other hand, starting watts are the amount of power a generator produces for short periods of time. Such as for starting up a connected appliance. It is typically required for only a few seconds.
What happens if the generator operates at low load at all times?
If this is performed at all times at less than a quarter load, it would result in a decline in the generator’s performance. Therefore, you should try to operate at full load from time to time; to ensure the generator’s long life.
Can I start the generator with any applied load?
No, the engine of the generator needs to come up to the proper speed before applying any load. Therefore, doing otherwise may cause damage to your connected appliances.
What will happen to the engine if I use it without changing the oil?
The components would get damaged by time and would affect the generator’s life as well. Therefore, regular oil changes are recommended.

...Time is of the essence in today’s competitive markets. The strategic alliance formed between Jurid & Goldbell has helped us to achieve our expansion goals and promises to our distinguished clients. We’ve enjoyed a long-term relationship with Goldbell Engineering.
Goldbell is the technical expert and I’m satisfied. They notice the oil leak stain on my turbocharger during one of my servicing and advised me to replace the PVC valve instead of replacing the expensive turbocharger. So far so good, this sound advice that saved our company $$1700.
